Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after full payment is received. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time
Estimated delivery within the United States is 3–7 business days after your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $200, excluding quilts and other oversized or bulky items, which may incur additional shipping charges.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Delays
Delivery delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Kiwaara is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Kiwaara is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages.
